The terms, in short
50% deposit to start the work. 50% balance before the site goes live. Once the balance is paid, every file, credential, and access is transferred to you — you own everything. Add-ons are billed with the project; the optional Monthly Maintenance retainer is the only recurring item.

Where the money goes.
Payment details are confirmed in your written proposal or invoice so the account, reference, and amount are always correct. Local clients pay by bank transfer or EFT, mobile money can route into the bank account when supported, and international clients can use SWIFT or an agreed wallet option.
Local — Botswana
The default for any client inside Botswana. Reference your quote number on the transfer so it's matched quickly.
Bank Transfer / EFT
Primary
Pay directly into the business account shown on your invoice. For security and accuracy, the invoice is the source of truth for account details.

Clients outside Botswana are welcome. The invoice confirms the safest route, fees, and reference before payment.
